A phone call does not take the place of a personal visit, but sometimes the right advice can made an immediate difference. $25 for 15 minutes. Cancellation/Refund Policy
For Classes: "If you cancel 5 days or more prior to your appointment, you will be fully refunded. Cancelations less than 5 days in advance are not refundable unless a replacement student can be found."
For Puppy Power Hour: "If you have prepaid and you cancel 24 hours or more prior to your appointment, you will be fully refunded. Cancelations within 24 hours are not refundable. This applies in the case of a puppy being turned away for health reasons."
For Private Consults: "If you cancel 24 hours or more prior to your appointment, you will be fully refunded. Cancelations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $50 late cancelation fee for private (studio) sessions"
